Our ESG Policy — together with our Environmental Policy, Human Rights Policy, Code of Conduct, Supplier Code of Conduct, and other operational policies — demonstrates our commitment to ESG practices and operations. This commitment enhances our already-strong background in governance and corporate social responsibility (CSR), with significant investment and focus on diversity, ethics, compliance, community giving, and philanthropic projects.

UKG Materiality Assessment
Every two years, UKG conducts a Materiality Assessment to solicit feedback from a diverse number of stakeholders to ensure that we remain current with the material items that matter most to them, while also confirming that we’re focused on the right areas that will have the biggest impact on our business operations, employees, communities, and the environment.
